Spanish telecoms operator Telefonica is in thought of drawing in Internet search companies like Google, Yahoo for network use.

In the press conference President of Telefonica Cesar Alierta pointed out the fact of Google using network bandwidth for free. This is an advantage for them but not for Telefonica.

Additionally, Cesar Alierta emphasized the ability of his company to provide customer care, product sale, maintenance to search engine companies that could benefit from using them.The same time Telefonica spokesman Miguel Angel Garzon mentioned about already existing network services that are provided around the world, therefore the idea of Alierta is not new any more.
