Spain has an esteem to be credited to a CeBit's Partner Country in 2010. CeBit is the world's largest computer expo that takes place in Hanover, Germany. 

Spain has gained the dominance due to the rapid expansion of its ICT technologies in all fields of life, including e-Government, Education and Health, therefore, country has a potential attractiveness for the foreign investment in the ICT sector.
