The New United Nations Data and Communications Center in Valencia is already in the building process. The estimated completion process is timed to January 2011. The main idea of the project lies on the development of independent communication channels.

Such development may serve as a workload coordination tool between international missions underway, the headquarters of the United Nations in New York, and of strategic communications to military and civil personnel units. By approximate calculations, the current project may create 1200 direct and indirect working places.
