Spain’s Stock Market is bearing in mind as a preserved share trading market in Europe.The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has started public debates about the improvement of post-trading system - run by Iberclear, part of the BME Spanish exchange – is well-matched with the "accepted European practices and standards in this activity".
The following act could facilitate fledgling platforms such as Chi-X Europe and Turquoise - known as "multilateral trading facilities" (MTFs) - to make inroads into Spain's stock market, where there are alred three of Europe's five most liquid stocks: Santander, BBVA and Telefónica.
