One of the biggest Spanish Bank La Caixa is thinking of selling its branch networks the total number of which is about 5500. Such option came after the implementation of the biggest banks, such as Santander and BBVA. La Caixa will use the same principle as La Caixa Catalunya selling the ownership of premises but leaving the concept of tenants.
