Estonia managed to improve its e-readiness index up to 24th position. According to research that took place among 70 countries, only nine had an e-readiness index increase (Estonian is among of them). Calculating the index is a complicated procedure that should meet hundreds criteria. Index depicts an e-business environment’s capacity and readiness for e-improvements.
