Estonian Statistics Department has reported today a slight increase in the monthly gross salary wage rate which was 1.2 percent.

In April the rate reached the position of 789 EUR, in May 791 EUR and 888 EUR in June. The following increase was supported by the positive mining and quarrying tendencies (19.4%).

Comparing the hour-based gross salaries in 2010, the rate is 1.7% lower than a year ago. Referring to the net remuneration, its rates decreased by 1.9 percent in the Q2 2010.
